Understanding the Queue

The queue works in rounds:

  • Round 1: Everyone's first song
  • Round 2: Everyone's second song (if they have one)
  • Round 3: And so on...
Fair Play: This ensures everyone gets their first song before anyone sings a second time!

Your position depends on:

  • New singers: Added to the end of the current round
  • Returning singers: Shuffled fairly into the rotation
  • Host decisions: The host can adjust order as needed

Yes! Most venues allow multiple songs per person.

How to add more songs:

  1. Return to the signup page after your first signup
  2. Enter the same name you used before
  3. Confirm "Yes, that's me!" when asked
  4. Your new song gets added to a later round
Venue Rules: Some venues set maximum song limits (usually 2-3 songs per person). The system will let you know if you've reached the limit.

The host controls timing, but here's what to expect:

  • Stay nearby: The host will call your name
  • Check the queue: Refresh the signup page to see current order
  • Be patient: Everyone gets a fair turn
  • Be ready: Have your song in mind when called

Timing depends on venue size, song length, and how many people are signed up. The host may adjust the order to keep things flowing smoothly.
